How ordering works

1. Pick a size on the rug’s page and add it to your cart.
2. Your cart groups rugs by range. Each range is its own checkout and is paid separately, so an order with rugs from two ranges is two payments.
3. On the checkout page you enter your delivery details and are sent to Maya’s own page to pay.
4. Maya doesn’t tell us when a payment is made, so we match payments to orders by hand against our Maya records. Keep your Maya receipt and your order reference (it starts with TV-).
5. We confirm delivery fees and timing with you once your payment has been checked against our Maya records. International freight is quoted and invoiced separately.
