Terms of sale

Who we are

Taruuv is an online-only rug store. All sales are made through this website.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in Philippine pesos for the size you choose. The price you pay is calculated by our server from our catalogue when you check out.

Placing an order on this site sends you to Maya to pay. Your order is a request until we have matched your payment to it.

Payment and confirmation

Payments are taken by Maya on its own page. Maya does not notify us automatically, so we match payments to orders by hand against our Maya records and then confirm your order with you.

Keep your Maya receipt and your order reference until your order is confirmed.

Separate checkouts

Rugs are sold in three ranges, each with its own checkout. An order that includes more than one range is paid for in more than one payment.

Delivery

Delivery fees and timing are confirmed with you once your payment has been matched. International freight is quoted and invoiced separately.
